I received the laptop when expected. I bought it to use Microsoft Office and to surf the web – it works great for that.

By the title you can tell the battery is the best thing about this bad boy. Best by far for us from all prior laptops hands down. One other best feature is the keyboard. Ooohhhhh so comfortable for a smaller laptop.Deuces

I got the laptop for work and I have had nothing but trouble with it. The keys stick and don’t want to work, it is always trying to update, it doesn’t load well or fast. (I have great internet) I would not recommend.

For the money I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I’ve had the machine for about 3 weeks now and it only took 3 days to arrive, just in time for me to prepare documents, etc for my troop meeting. My only complaint is trying to use M364 tools (Word) was VERY slow so I reverted back to Google docs. I’m downloading all our wedding photos to it so it will probably take up most of the 64 GB of space but I’m ok with that as well.

i went with a more basemodel configuration because of price. it makes this laptop pointless. it struggles to handle white board. im not even going to get into adobe apps like fresco. the drawing experience is second place to apple ipad pro. and i was born into a windows fanboy family. the screen is nice but not worth the asking price. this is a very heavy laptop for what it does. i cannot find a carrying case for it that i trust. for what you pay its obviously susceptible to damage. i legit use the box it came in to this day. i look like an idiot unboxing it in class every time but what i am i suppose to do buy a pelican case?! the form factor is nice. but it takes some time getting use to and i can tell if i used it regularly it would end up breaking. i have the newer MS pen. that syncs and works well. i wouldn’t bother gaming on the base model in any form. it checks a lot of boxes for things like back lit keys but almost everything does now. the OS performs well. this laptop is not worth MSRP its the apple of microsoft products. youre paying a premium for the sake of paying a premium. get something more cost effective.

Grabbed this for my daughter’s 10th birthday. Perfect size and color. Easy setup! She is able to do schoolwork as well as other things. This is a good buy.

After years of driving myself crazy with a slow computer I spontaneously decided to buy this, after the jobs that I was looking to start only required a good laptop. I did not want to buy this at first but i am so happy that I did because it saved me so much stress and headache! I’m able to do whatever I want. The laptop works no different than a more expensive one. I love this lap top so much I have never been this satisfied with a purchase other than a car! I work online and things turned out how I wanted to with my purchase!

I got this for my college course work. I have a high performance laptop and needed something like weight and portable. I also didn’t want to sped a ton of money.The pink is super cute. No scratches nor dents nor anything to tell you that it was used / refurbished.Start up without issue. Signed into google for docs and other favorites.You can’t set this to Chrome browser – at least I can’t – HP has a blocker and I cant get the right mindset to disable it. You can use other browsers w/o issue, I just prefer chrome.It is not good for gaming nor multi streaming. I can watch spectrum or prime or w/e, but if I open another window the streaming window will buffer. It is also slow b/c it will get a ton of adds (not chrome).EXCELLENT price point. Super happy for my purpose.If you need a laptop and are mindful of your budget for any reason, give this a shot. I think with the expectations you’ll be satisfied.

Battery would not charge. Ran a battery life check and said battery needs replacing. Will be be returning. Other than the battery I liked the laptop itself. Lightweight!

It does NOT have a touch screen and it has my granddaughter as the owner I don’t know how that happened, and I’ve tried every way I can to correct that, but nothing I do works. I followed the instructions but in vain. The next time I will buy new. Battery life is long, and I do like that. Quick response on keys. Overall, it’s okay.

The computer came well but it doesn’t feel like it’s brand new. It feels like a used computer because it’s runs very slow. Not to mention that’s it’s also pretty laggy.

I spent hours looking for the right laptop and am so glad I chose this one. It’s lightweight, has good speed, looks new, and is perfect for my needs. I use it basically for surfing the internet and for Word files… nothing too memory hogging. Seller is great, thank you kindly!

purchased this product for fiancee to use for work from home, they require windows 10 and can’t use win11, this says preinstalled with win 10 home, the reason we bought it, it came with win 11 installed, spent over 2 hours with HP tech to get win 10 reinstalled so we could use this laptop. Also as a side note, it dosn’t have a lAN line connection, only wireless, had to get an adapter for USB port. (she can’t work using wireless), other than that seems like a good computer for the price.

The Computer is great and it works well if you’re being a little hesitant to buy it , the only thing i didn’t like was how it moves kinda slow , it works like a computer you probably got from a school but other than that its really nice ,It has all the features i need for college, so if you’re a college student this is the computer you should get and like i said it moves slow but im not talking about the internet im talking about how long it takes to respond to what you want it to do such as typing , at first there was a short delay when i would type but after a while it started to go faster, you have to give it a few minutes to warm up

This laptop is a must-have for anyone in college. It’s as light as a notebook. Thin and surprisingly not too wide for a computer with such a large screen. This product makes life easier when it comes to carrying it in your arms or bookbag.Also, the speed runs pretty decent for a device that runs on 4 RAM. It can refresh tabs within no longer than 3-5 seconds. No long loading times. (Startup time is usually within 20 secs.) But don’t expect to play high-end video games. Mostly this device can handle all the basics smoothly. Such as video streaming, editing, play YouTube videos, and can use Microsoft Word and other programs with no issues.My only grip is the low memory. Which is to be expected for a budget laptop of under $300. But this is probably the best you’re going to get and honestly, I will buy it again if this ever breaks down years down the line.

The labtop is the perfect size for me, thin, lightweight, but definitely not a ‘mini’ notebook. This looks pretty close to my 10-year old blue compaq HP labtop just more modern and sleek. The only issue is that it is missing parts and arrived without a cord. Why??? Going to have to find out.

I am not going to complain because the laptop did help me get through my collage courses. It runs slow and has a fuzzy screen but again you get what you pay for. It does hold a nice charge and I was able to do all my school work on it.

This is my 3rd of the hp stream. I got it on Amazon because they were out of white at the store. But my old one was better. This one seems glitchy sometimes. Less usb ports that the old one and they put them on the other side… like why just to mess me up lol. The mouse stops working when my hard drive gets plugged in. Again glitchy. Idk. Over all it works but quality control needs to go back to work

First of all: I am a tech junky and have bought a dozen, or more, portable computers over the years. I generally end up frustrated with poor screen quality, misrepresented battery stamina, poorly backlit (or not at all) keyboard, poor trackpad, or something else I didn’t know prior to purchase.I bought two. One for my wife, one for me. I chose the 32GB with 11th Gen Intel i7 CPU with independent NVIDIA GE Force 3050 RYX graphics card. This is one absolutely impressive computer after 5-days. Windows 11 takes a little getting used to. It’s not bad, just a little different. Eventually you have to upgrade so we’ll all have to switch at some point.Battery appears to last over 13-hours with screen as bright as it gets. It has zero lag switching apps. It seems much “lighter” than prior OS.It is a little heavy to be truly portable, but you could choose the 13” display instead of the 14.4”. I’m sure the long lasting battery is responsible for the overweight laptop.I will use it “in-dock” 85% of the time running two 35” monitors, multiple data hog financial streaming apps, desktop version of MS Outlook and a ton of browser windows tabs. With the quality and quantity of RAM I suspect it’ll be just fine, but I will update after a while operating that glut of functions.Concluding my rambling review, I love the MS Surface Studio 14.4” w 32GB and 1TB SSD. If I had to say something negative it’d be that the generic dock the claims to work with it does not work in my ZIP code. Pay up for the MS branded dock. Use quality cables and plug strips to get the most out of your Surface.Go ahead and buy yours! You’ll love it as much as I do!

I primarily use this for email, a few Google meets, watching anime and lots of researching. If you are expecting any other intensive workload from this computer though I’d suggest buying something else. This is definitely for light work and to keep it simple and I am very satisfied with my purchase. The speaker and camera on this computer is about 6/10, I was really expecting the worst by the price point and was pleasantly suprised. The Bluetooth connected just fine to the Hotspot on my Samsung Note20 and recently bought 2022 Bluetooth earbuds without a glitch. I will mention there isn’t a lot or any lighting behind the keys on the keyboard, there for typing in low or no lighting is a challenge if you aren’t completely familiar with the keyboard setup or size. The computer keeps a charge pretty well and I have yet to notice it get hot or have a hard time keeping itself cool without some assistance.

Now let me preface this by being clear. I am an undergraduate computer science student. My father pretty much gave this computer to me as a gift during Christmas just for something to take notes on. I use the Whiteboard app a lot in fact to be able to take notes on it. I understand that you could type out the notes on a computer or whatever but I prefer using a notebook but at the same time I need to know what I’m writing about and a notebook can only grant me so much space. So this may not be a device for everyone but it is for me at least for the version I got.After two months with this product I could safely say this is a very good product that Microsoft has made. I have used it a little for drawing here and there and it does a fine job and for note-taking it’s a great device with a bit of flaws.Goods*The screen is extremely high-quality. The gloss may turn some people off but I think it’s great it does get a little dusty but that’s easy to clean up.*The mouse pad is great. It reminds me of the MacBook mouse pad but it’s much more responsive and smooth.*The keyboard took me time to get used to, especially considering this is the first time I ever used the laptop without any num keys.*The speakers get as loud as I want them to be but audio definitely sounds crisp and extremely high quality.*The way that the device switches from laptop mode to tablet mode is pretty simple for the most part, there is one thing that however concerns me but I’ll get to that later I like the little bit of tilt that it has on the upper level because it gives me a better elevation to where I want to write.*The magnets are really helpful and strong when it comes to me putting the pen close to the computer.Bads*The battery life because it runs out very fast whenever I’m using the device like I was in class for 50 minutes one time and it drained very fast. I was at full100% battery and at the end of class it drained to 36%.*No USB ports I know more devices are using the USB C Port right now but the limited amount of the USB option really does bug me personally considering that I still have more devices that uses a standard USB cable over a USB C I understand that I could probably buy an adapter for that or whatever but it would have been nice to have more options for the device rather than just 2 USB C port. I’m not saying they should go all in and include two USB ports on the left and one on the right but at least one would have been nice.*There’s no way to lay the screen flat on the table in tablet mode. This is one of the biggest problems because one thing I liked about other surface devices is that they would allow me to position the device anyway I wanted. However with this one you don’t get as many options all you get was the flat bit tilted tablet mode and a viewing mode as you could say. This brings me to the biggest problem with the device and this may sound minor to many people but for me it kind of scares me.*The tablet to laptop mode hinges scares me to the point where I think if I bend it enough it’s going to break. I’m not sure when it will happen but I will make sure to update people when it does. Because the device looks very sensitive and again it scares me and I usually don’t get scared of this type of thing but I am for this one. When I am writing or drawing I exert a lot of pressure on a table surface or notebook that is how I feel comfortable when I write or draw and on this device I get scared every time I do something like that.*It is a little overpriced for it’s specs and functionality. 256gb ssd is good but for $1,500 that’s too much. Considering that there are laptops with the same functionality and better specs this was a bit expensive for what it is.Overall this is a great device may not be for everyone but it is great non the less for me. It will not automatically replace a tablet for those that have one and may not be the best tool for artist. But considering that there are people that may want a device that has the same functions of a tablet but also be able to use it as a computer this is a very good device for them if they are ok with the pricing. Keep in mind the version that I bought was not ment for gaming I didn’t buy it to play video games, so for those that are getting this there is gonna be alot of restrictions when it comes to gaming.

I bought this HP Stream because my 2012 Mac is dead and I really don’t use a computer anymore. My iPhone 12 Pro works just fine for everyday use, and I just can’t afford to buy a new Mac right now. So, I just needed an inexpensive little computer to connect to the internet to do personal business and take online classes. I do not intend to store anything on this computer, but rather continue to use my iCloud for storage and Google Apps if necessary.You can download the necessary cloud apps such as iCloud, Google Drive, and shortcuts to Google Docs, Sheets, or whatever you like. Once I got the computer set up, I went in and uninstalled Microsoft Office. I don’t care that it’s free for a year. Google Suite works just fine.I’ve used this computer quite a bit, and this is what I think about it…Contrary to the negative reviews, this computer doesn’t suck. You just can’t have high expectations of a $350 laptop. You will be setting yourself up for a bitter disappointment. With that said….The mouse and keyboard are horrible and uncomfortable to use for my taste. Granted I don’t intend to use it away from home very often, but I did a couple of times and it really doesn’t function like I’m used to. Also, I can’t really say for certain that the wi-fi connections were all that great. It could’ve been the networks I was connected to. For some reason it wouldn’t let me connect to my iPhone hotspot. I don’t know if there is a setting that I have to adjust, but it shouldn’t have been that difficult to connect.However, it works FANTASTIC when I switch out my work laptop and connect it to my desk set up where it’s hardwired to the internet and connected to a USB keyboard and mouse. I am able to do personal business that requires me to use a computer rather than my iPhone. This computer IS NOT built to have sophisticated software installed such as Office, FilemakerPro, Quickbooks, Photoshop etc. It is also, not meant to store large files or photos. It is PERFECT to use cloud based software and storage.I recommend this laptop as an internet terminal and NOTHING MORE! I cannot express this enough….do not expect it to perform in any other way. It’s a perfect light use laptop to connect to social media (if that’s your thing) or even school, or access websites that you really can’t on your smartphone. It’s an affordable option as a transitional workstation.Some people complained about not being able to update Windows due to lack of disk space. I suggest that you make sure you purge temporary files, internet cache, and downloads often. Also uninstall applications that you do not use or are unnecessary. This will free up a bunch of disk space. If you are using Office360, this will take up a ridiculous amount of disk space. I know it’s free for the first year…but is that really worth your low disk space frustration? While you could get a Chromebook, I’m not keen to them. In a Windows OS you can set up Google Suite. It’s cloud based, free, and doesn’t have a trial period. You won’t have to pay a subscription to keep and all your documents, photos, etc. They will be gone if you don’t move them out of OneDrive and to another cloud storage at the end of the trial period. Why bother? Just set up Google account, which comes with free storage, use their version of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc and you don’t have to install it on your computer. WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!

Great small laptop. Have it in our 2cd bedroom for inter net access. And can dis connect it to use as a laptop in any room.

I’m writing this review because when I received the product the display technology looks like it’s right out of 2008 with horrible viewing angles and everything looks completely washed out and I can see the pixels. In 2021 this should be updated and disposed of. Why would anyone sell that kind of screen to anybody at all. I’m very very close to returning it because a huge part of the reason I bought this was graphic design school. I can’t even imagine looking at a screen like this and expecting my files to be color accurate!

I ended up buying this in a hunch because my previous laptop was so old and broken it wasn’t capable of functioning properly, let alone charging. So when I got this I didn’t expect much considering these laptops are refurbished but it’s actually amazing. Rather than buying this as a simple replacement for the time being I’m actually keeping it as a new functioning laptop now because of how nice the qaulity is. It came on time, the packaging care was very maticulous and well executed in my opinion, there was plenty of protection for the product and it didn’t have a single mark, scratch or smudge when I got it. As for the other reviews on here which I noticed were quite negative, I’d say when you order this, It might be one of those products where it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get something good. I think I just happened to get a good one that was fixed up nice and had fantastic care when being handled so I can’t speak on behalf of everyone. It charges just fine (the charger was in good condition as well, appearing brand new and untouched) the wifi automatically connected, and the USB ports, along with headphones whether wireless or not work just fine. On top of that I’ve had no issues with storage space, even after downloading Google chrome, some pc games, Spotify, and even Hulu. I highly reccomend this to anybody who’s looking for a simple laptop whether it’s for school or just watching Netflix.
