Won’t power on at times, you have to unplug the power and plug it in again to turn it on. Chromecast is junk. TCL makes a better cheap Basic TV. Don’t waste your money.

Amazon contracts with other companies for products. This product was sold 3 times before I received it. The set shut off after 10 minutes. Then started and shut-off again. Warranty was out and I ended up paying several hundred dollars to ship it back because it wasn’t an Amazon product.

The TV had a thick black line going up the middle of the screen. Also the bottom of the screen seems to be separating from the outline of the tv. And the VISO symbol in the bottom right corner is well worn. I does not look like this tv was lightly used.

please web search “add HBO to Visio Smartcast” to learn… if the video services provider you want to use hasn’t paid into the Visio scam, you CANNOT add the app!! Wish I knew this before buying this piece of junk. Now I have a 43″ TV that only gets Netflix, Amazon and Hulu. All the other pay services have to be viewed on other TVs.
